What started as an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation with a construction defect in our home turned into something we were finally able to navigate thanks to their guidance and knowledge. From they very beginning they took the time to understand our situation and explain options clearly. They were extremely thorough and always made sure we felt informed and prepared for each step of the process. What could have easily felt overwhelming for us was made manageable because we had people that were trustworthy and knowledgeable advocating for us! We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and support throughout the entire process!

When I had a question it was answered promptly. She made the mediation process less stressful with her knowledge and experience. The office staff was always available for questions. - CBCindy BarberFeb 4, 20261.0Vaughn & Smith represented me in a real estate/fraud case. I paid them $3,000.00 up front and then 2 months later another $1,580.00. The next month I get a bill for $8,300.00 for working on the discovery. It truly would have been kind if they'd informed me how much discovery was going to cost before they started it! Anyway, they would not agree to a contingency and dropped me and my case. I was informed that they will bill me monthly and charge monthly interest. My bill is now $10,700.00. I guess the party committing the fraud will be the winner!
