  WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH MR. MICHAEL VALENTI AND HIS SON, DYLAN, FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS NOW AND THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. IT WAS DURING THE FIRST CALL WHEN MR.   My Father, a brave WWII Veteran, passed away in 2016 at the age of 93 after a fall. A long while before either of my my parents had died, they had placed their savings in a well known large brokerage firm here, in Louisville, KY. They used one of the firm’s top brokers who my whole family trusted to be fair and honest in financial matters. Through the years, several of us kids even put our investments with this same firm using the same broker. He was so kind to my aging father and, through the years, developed a trust with Daddy and all of our family. We thought we really “knew” this broker, but, approximately one to two years after Daddy’s passing, we found this trusted institution and the trusted financial advisor were not at all trustworthy. Come to find out, this broker had been buying and selling and buying and selling my Dad’s mutual funds and stocks just to earn commissions. Not only this, but he was selling the stocks to buy stocks that directly benefited him as well as the financial institution. After finding out that this slick broker had conned and cheated my Father, I did my research and called Michael Valenti. Once I contacted Mr. Valenti, I knew I had contacted the right attorney. He already knew about this firm and this particular broker that the firm used. In fact, he had already represented other clients that had the same dealings and losses with this institution. Michael explained the plan he would use to go after the firm in order to get restitution for my Mom and Dad. This attorney’s style and mannerisms were calm and professional; above all, he was confident in his skills. Throughout the process, he kept my family apprised of the situation with pertinent information. There were five of us kids that he was representing in our family and, at some point along the way, we all had questions for him. He would answer our calls, e-mails and texts in proficient time frames and never charged extra for this. I cannot say enough about how he took care of our family. He won the case hands down. I know my Mother and Father would have loved him for what he did for them. It hurt so much to think someone we knew and trusted could do that to our parents. After closing my daddy’s settlement, Michael looked over my investments and found the same firm and, of course, the same trusted broker, had done the same to my account. He ended up winning my case, as well. This is the first time I have ever used an attorney. I am so proud of him and what he did for us. His receptionist, Maggie, was always so sweet and kind upon entering his office and always has delicious candy at her desk. Thank you, Michael, for everything you have done. I honestly believe he does not do all of this just for the paycheck. I feel he does this because he knows right from wrong, feels self satisfaction and vindication in winning cases based on dishonesty from large financial institutions. He is, really, one of the good guys!
