Navigating family legal matters can be incredibly stressful and emotional, but Emily made the entire process so much more manageable. From our first meeting, she was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my many questions, and always kept me informed about the progress of my case. Emily is not only a brilliant lawyer but also a genuinely kind person who truly cares about her clients. She fought for me and my son's best interests and achieved the best possible outcome for our life going forward. I interviewed three attorneys in my initial stages and I knew they were the right fit for me. Janice asked questions of me initially and looked over my documents proving she was knowledgeable and actually cared. Emily and Janice knew the best contacts needed for my scenario for a business evaluation, and also a forensic accountant. There was never a day during my two years with my complicated divorce that I felt my attorneys were not easily reachable or did not have my best interest at heart. They seemed to always be one step ahead of what possibly could happen. I value their honesty with me and the fact that they would always give me my worst case scenario so that I would never be disappointed. Their expertise allowed me to simply be patient during the process. They made things happen during our two mediations so my case was settled without having to go to court. They both fought for me and I ended up getting more than double of what I thought I would get in my divorce settlement.
