  In need of a skilled real estate attorney with a proven track record. Regrettably, the one we hired fell short of our expectations. It took an unreasonable two years to settle a matter that should have been resolved swiftly. Our attorney lacked the necessary expertise in this area and even shared information with an opposing party regarding a mechanics lien, leading to additional costs for us. Our attorney seemed knowledgeable but lacked practical judgment. We tried contacting her over 17 times, never managing to speak with her as she was always "at lunch," regardless of the time of day. It seemed like she should have gained a significant amount of weight by the time our case concluded. She avoided our calls by having the secretary claim she was at lunch each time, and on one occasion, when the secretary attempted to transfer our call, she returned to inform us that the attorney was at lunch at 10:00 a.m. She was never prompt in returning our calls, if she even bothered, and even wrote a couple of quite curt emails stating “these things take time.” Not real estate attorneys at all, but rather ambulance chasers. Injury accidents appear to be more their forte. If only they would have stated they don’t handle real estate actions much in the first place, it would have saved us all a lot of time and money. A costly lesson learned on our part.
