  Kevin Moser: this talented, multitasking and intellectual man, coordinated a delayed divorce (caused by the ex-spouse) with precision. He is understanding, level headed and invaluable, if you’re looking for an attorney. He worked so seamlessly with my ex-spouses attorney. My ex-spouse expressed to me that her attorney spoke highly of Kevin, on several occasions: his intellectual abilities and litigious knowledge. The day of final dissolution: Kevin called me, first thing. He wanted to deliver the “good news” by phone. Kevin gave me my life back. He’s a great attorney, and human being. A+.   I paid Kevin Moser about $18,000 to represent me in family court, and I ended up having to fix major mistakes myself pro se. He failed to include the mandatory statutory 15% parenting time credit in my child support calculation, which inflated my support and cost me over $8,500. He also failed to make sure my ex-wife’s income was properly verified on a later child support worksheet, which caused another inaccurate calculation and cost me about $3,500 more. On top of that, he failed to raise a $1,440 mediation reimbursement issue during trial, causing me to lose the chance to recover that money. For the amount of money I paid, these were not small oversights. They were costly mistakes with real consequences. I would not recommend him based on my experience

  Hello folks. Some of you know about me being rear ended on 275 East on October 20, 2022 heading home from work at The Yellow Airplane Place early that morning. I was lucky as it could have been much worse. I wanted to recognize the very fine law firm in Florence that handled my case. I had to find a reputable firm in Nky and was referred to Omega Law on Burlington Pike. My first meeting with Lee Metzger could not have gone any better. He listened to the details and facts of the accident and outlined for me what all had to happen next. He, along with his Paralegal Alexandra guided me through all of the paperwork etc. that needed taken care of. They were both patient, thorough and professional. Finally on Wednesday morning, February 18, with the assistance of Hannah Woods we had a final mediation settlement meeting that culminated in a very fair settlement for me moving forward. The mediation was handled by Joseph Mordino of the law firm Gatlin/Voelker. People are always looking for reputable companies to do business with. I am pretty sure that Omega Law handles Family Law along with Personal Injury situations. I can highly recommend this company and all of the people that work there. If any of you that I know need this kind of legal assistance please feel comfortable contacting this firm for representation. You will not be disappointed. I am very grateful to all of them for bringing this situation to an acceptable conclusion. I hope this review helps anyone make an easy, safe choice. Phil
