  Recently had the pleasure of working with attorney David and his paralegal Amanda who I can’t thank enough for all of their hard work and professionalism. David’s court room etiquette was flawless and he approached my case with tact and determination. Amanda was always there to answer questions and to lend a kind word and I couldn’t thank them enough for not only taking my case for a change of venue, but the dedication that they put into this for me, my children and my partner. I highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to truly advocate for you and your family.

  David and Amanda is the BEST team around, Amanda is very understanding and she will sit there and listen to you why your crying or freaking out in my case, I am a VERY emotional person the amount of time she spent on me she made me feel like I was a person and I had the right to feel the way I was feeling, she kept me in the loop on everything either a call, or a email. and David he was very helpful he will go in court and fight for you and everything that you want/deserve, he does not take any disrespect from any other lawyers or (ex) husbands to be, David will fight for what is right and he will not hesitate to tell you what he thinks is right in your case he will be supportive is every way. if you are looking for a GREAT Lawyer and Paralegal David and Amanda is the people to go too!! I am hoping to never use that again! but in case if I do I will be going back to them. Tiffany Snipp.

  Both David and Amanda were very responsive every time I had an inquiry into my case. The amount of anxiety that was relieved by retaining David as a lawyer is hard to put the page. I've had two prior attorneys one quit practicing law and the other has moved on to be a district attorney and they were both "good" and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. David and his paralegal were amazing. Very responsive couldn't ask for more and it was money well spent.

  I had a very disappointing experience. I hired Bland after being assured he was the best person for my case, which is why I agreed to pay a fee that was roughly five times higher than other quotes I received. Despite that, the outcome was no better than what I could have expected at a much lower cost. Communication was a major issue. He was difficult to reach by phone, and when we did meet, I did not feel he showed genuine care or effort toward my case. During our meeting, he spent time telling personal stories rather than focusing on my legal situation. On the day of court, he instructed me to arrive at 8:00 AM to meet with the prosecutor. He arrived 15 minutes late, did not answer his phone, and offered no explanation. That lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress. Overall, I did not feel like I received his best effort, attention, or value for the high fee charged. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
