Jeremy has been my attorney for almost 4 years now. He is direct and straight to the point. Any time I have needed an answer somewhat urgently he is on it! Thank you so so much for taking care of me!

I, Rebecca Hiemstra, highly recommend this law firm.
I hired Mr. Aldridge for my brother's will. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have someone so compassionate and knowledgeable. My brother was very ill and unable to go to Mr. Alridge, so Mr. Aldridge came to him at the hospital. Mr. Aldridge took his time with my brother and our family to explain everything with no pressure and no rush. He made a very stressful situation on our family go smooth and easy with his expertise, empathy, patience, and most importantly complete understanding of my brother's needs. Thank you so much Mr. Alridge!!

Jeremy Aldridge is the only way to go for your cases. Jeremy and his staff did an amazing job handling my case and got every detail needed to have my back. The way they handled every step of the process and him in the court room was top notch and I’d recommend 10 out of 10 times. Awesome job and the outcome we wanted!

I started looking for an attorney back in 2023. I went to several offices and had multiple consultations, but none of them felt right until I walked into Jeremy’s office. From the very first meeting, I knew he was the attorney I needed. Jeremy was sincere, truly listened to me, and was very BOLD — which is exactly what my case required.
My case has been going on for two years, and throughout that entire time Jeremy has remained steady, strategic, and strong. He handled my divorce with professionalism and confidence, helped me settle property matters, and was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. During one of the most difficult times in my life, he acted quickly to put an EPO in place when protection was needed, and ultimately helped secure a DVO to protect my children and me. That gave me peace of mind that I cannot put into words.
I also have to recognize Kristen W., who plays a huge role behind the scenes. She keeps everything running smoothly — answering calls when Jeremy is in court, organizing paperwork, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. More importantly, she was there for me emotionally. She understood my fears and worries about my kids and was always supportive, patient, and reassuring when I needed it most.
After two long years, I can truly say I’m grateful for how my case was handled and for the protection and stability they helped secure for my children and me. Jeremy and Kristen make an incredible team. I highly recommend Jeremy and his office to anyone who needs a strong, compassionate, and dedicated attorney.
My experience with Jeremy Aldridge of Aldridge & Birdwhistell Law Firm, PSC was extremely disappointing and ultimately damaging after more than two years of representation.
Communication was consistently poor. Our one singular meeting in two years felt rushed and dismissive, I was cut off and not allowed to fully explain my side. He rarely spoke with me directly and instead communicated through his assistant, which made me feel unheard despite paying thousands of dollars for legal help.
At trial, a police officer admitted on the stand that he specifically targeted me for a sting operation and had no legitimate cause for my arrest. Rather than clearly emphasizing the legal importance of that admission or building a strong defense around it, Jeremy seemed to assume the jury would understand on their own. They didn’t.
He advised me not to testify even though I went in ready to explain my side of events and my reaction to the arrest which was on video. Looking back, sharing my version of events for my unlawful arrest would have helped my case. Without my voice, the jury only heard the prosecution’s narrative, and I was found guilty of “following too closely” despite no evidence.
During trial, he appeared fidgety and nervous, which was alarming given how serious the situation was and after being told he was strong in court. I expected confident, prepared advocacy and did not feel that I received it.
I was also shocked to learn during trial that he has a close personal friendship with the District Attorney prosecuting my case, something never disclosed to me and which raised serious concerns about conflicts of interest.
To make matters worse, the District Attorney repeatedly offered to drop all charges if I agreed not to pursue a civil rights claim against the police department. That made me feel like the case was about protecting the police, not justice.
After the verdict, when I asked about appealing, Jeremy stopped communicating with me entirely.
After two years of waiting and spending significant money, I felt misrepresented, unheard, and abandoned. I would strongly caution anyone before trusting him with their case.
