  It’s rare for fathers to be truly seen as loving, dedicated caregivers in custody cases—but David and Amanda saw my husband for exactly who he is, a great dad! From the very beginning, they recognized the bond between my husband and his son and treated our case with genuine care and respect. David took the time to speak directly with our son, listening to him and asking what he truly wanted. In doing so, he didn’t just represent our case—he became an advocate for my son as well. What stood out most was how David shared our story. There was no negativity, no attempt to tear down the other parent—just an honest, heartfelt account of a father and son who simply wanted more time together. That truth was heard, and it made all the difference. David and Amanda handled every step of this process with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. They also helped my son see that the judicial system can work with fairness and respect when guided by honesty.   Recently had the pleasure of working with attorney David and his paralegal Amanda who I can’t thank enough for all of their hard work and professionalism. David’s court room etiquette was flawless and he approached my case with tact and determination. Amanda was always there to answer questions and to lend a kind word and I couldn’t thank them enough for not only taking my case for a change of venue, but the dedication that they put into this for me, my children and my partner. I highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to truly advocate for you and your family.

  David and Amanda is the BEST team around, Amanda is very understanding and she will sit there and listen to you why your crying or freaking out in my case, I am a VERY emotional person the amount of time she spent on me she made me feel like I was a person and I had the right to feel the way I was feeling, she kept me in the loop on everything either a call, or a email. and David he was very helpful he will go in court and fight for you and everything that you want/deserve, he does not take any disrespect from any other lawyers or (ex) husbands to be, David will fight for what is right and he will not hesitate to tell you what he thinks is right in your case he will be supportive is every way. if you are looking for a GREAT Lawyer and Paralegal David and Amanda is the people to go too!!   Both David and Amanda were very responsive every time I had an inquiry into my case. The amount of anxiety that was relieved by retaining David as a lawyer is hard to put the page. I've had two prior attorneys one quit practicing law and the other has moved on to be a district attorney and they were both "good" and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. David and his paralegal were amazing. Very responsive couldn't ask for more and it was money well spent.
