They charged us for literally anything and everything, I believe she got her panties in a twist because I fired her as my lawyer and she wants to pull this BS. If i called or emailed or vice versa, i got nickled and dimed for almost the whole amount with nothing to show for it. Paralegal claims that we never emailed documents when I have proof that I emailed documents over and over, yea some days I was slow reply but im a working mom and can't just drop everything. 10/10 would not recommend save your money for someone who actually wants to help you and not screw you over or treat you like a child. I can see exactly why a former attorney got barred for 6 months and why other people have complained.
