  Absolutely hands down the worst experience. This attorney works with the court of Mulvane Kansas and is not on your side. Don't believe me contact me and I'll prove it Google won't let me post it on here

  Trash as a criminal attorney don't waste your money and if you get this guy in Mulvane Kansas fire him immediately the judge calls him Harry. And he tell us the court staff and shared personal communication emails that fall under client attorney privileged emails period which resulted into my arrest because he requested the judge to issue a warrant what public defender what attorney at all does that!

  Mr. Weiser is an excellent attorney! He is very easy to talk to he answered all of my questions to where I can understand them and he went to bat for me. I can't say enough good things about this man I will hire this him every time I am in need of Good counsel. Top notch lawyer and also a good man.

  My name is Levi shobe, phil.took on my case with less then 48 hours notice until first appearance, after anther lawyer in witchita dropped me with no notice. I had gotten a dui and was about to lose my license Phil made it to where I got to keep my license for 6 months. Phil also got 5 of my 6 charges dropped as well, got me the minimum no jail time and has been very patient with payment arrangement. When I walked into the court room with Phil not only did everything he said was going to happen happened but I felt safe and confident with the outcome. I highly recommend Phil Weiser.
