Called, after finding the doors locked several times during posted business hours and bell & knocks unanswered. Secretary was worse than rude, and both dismissive and condescending, informing me I could pay $250 to merely meet the man, with no assurance he would even give me more than 2 minutes of his "valuable" time. I was saddened to learn my old home town hasn't changed in the 50 years I've lived elsewhere and built 29 Companies on my inventions, copyrights and 193 patents to date. Never been asked to PAY to MEET a Patent Attorney in my life. They solicit me, generally. Wish my first Patent Attorney were still around. J. B McKay launched me into business and manufacturing back in the early 1960s. Sadly there seems to be NO real Patent Attorneys in the Air Capital of the world. No wonder we start great businesses here, but almost invariably lose their headquarters to entrepreneurship Cities like Dallas, and beyond. Welcome back to WICHITA, please set your watch back to 1947!

Bad legal advice. Knows nothing about the copyright process. Misled me for months writing sheet music to submit only to find out the copyright office accepts digital files. I came here for professional advice and ended up with a months long goose chase that costs me way more time and money. So much lost time. So much lost opportunity.
$350.00 for bad legal advice and months wasted. Bad lawyer.
A refund at this point would be appreciated but no where near the damage Kenneth Jack caused my company.
Update 5-3-25: Like I said, it’s experimental art music. The songs are full compositions dating back to the 90’s. Even the best AI can’t decode it to sheet music properly. The outputs sound nothing like the original compositions.
People like you bury artists like me. Enjoy my money. It took way more work for me to earn it.
Worked my ass off for a weeks salary to afford one hour of your time. I expect it to be useful.
And thank you to the lawyer in Texas that helped for Free. Got me back on track. They’ll actually pursue infringement in court if needed.
