  Disclosure: I have a business relationship with this law office. I made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this debt directly with the law office prior to any enforcement action being taken. Specifically, I placed multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails expressing my clear intention to arrange payment and establish a payment plan. Despite their pre-recorded disclosures identifying themselves as a debt collector, they failed to return my calls, respond to my emails, or make any meaningful attempt to communicate with me regarding resolution options. At no point did I refuse to pay the debt. To the contrary, I proactively sought to address the balance and avoid further legal action. Nevertheless, less than 30 days after our court date, and without any response to my outreach proceeded with a garnishment order. This action was taken despite my documented attempts to cooperate and resolve the matter voluntarily. This lack of communication, combined with the decision to move forward with garnishment while ignoring my efforts to arrange payment, is both unprofessional and unethical — particularly in light of our existing business relationship. I would not recommend this law office.

  In my first ever, and only, call to them, I didn't even get the whole question out before I was rudely interrupted and hung up on by the rude receptionist. Wouldn't even bother calling for free -- I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

  I paid him over half of what I owed, was told he would drop the hearing. Have NEVER gotten a receipt but I sure got a garnishment letter without an amount on it. Where is the money I already paid?! I have PROOF he cashed the check!
