  I had a heck of a time with a malpractice suit and Mike saved the day! Initially, I started with a different lawyer, who didn't complete everything on time, if at all, and did so many things wrong (including suing the wrong place!). We had a very strong case against this lawyer, but due to how long it took before switching to Mike, a less strong original case. He was able to reach an acceptable settlement with no hassle on my end at all. I highly recommend Mike!

  First, I want to start off by thanking the Townsend Law team for their amazing work with my car injury case. Colleen and Abbie were phenomenal with their communication and responses to any questions I had. You really grow a relationship with this team and know that you're in good hands by the way they interact with you and show concern. Mike is one the best attorneys I've ever encountered! I did some research in figuring out who I wanted to represent me, and something kept telling me that this firm was a MUST. My case was a unique one and without going into detail, let's just say we came out on top. Mike analyzed and used his expertise to handle my case from start to finish with iron fists. When I spoke to Mike for the first time, he was very informative, transparent, and showed concern for my well-being. I knew by the way he spoke that this wasn’t just another check for him, he meant business! You’ll come across insurance companies that will try to get over on you, CALL MIKE! He made sure that I knew he would take care of everything and to focus on getting better physically. Talk about a weight lifted off my shoulders (literally), he carried every piece of anxiety, stress and worry that I had while I took my physical pain to the specialists to take care of. We all still have life to deal with outside of these situations so it's important that we feel secure in who is handling our case. Who we're confident will advocate for us and we trust with our private information etc. If you’re new to personal injury like I was, don't expect to hear from your attorney everyday but do expect to be updated when there are updates. Know that even if you haven't heard from your attorney, surely you are still being taken care of. Mikes time management was everything and he was very punctual. With a team like Mikes, you feel like apart of their family, you sense the family dynamic. Mike goes to bat for you like your one of his own and that feeling is the greatest to have when dealing with any attorney. If you're looking for GREAT, look no further, their right here at this firm!!!   Since the time I met Mr. Townsend he has been nothing but help to me and my family! I have been in more than one accident over the last 10 years. Townsend LLC is the one to call. Anytime you call they will answer, they missed your call they will call back in an appropriate amount of time. They will make sure to accommodate all of your needs! Insurance or NO insurance If you been in a car crash call TOWNSEND LLC they won’t let you down!
