  Well this is Tina Berry and Mr Leiker is my attorney..my CINC is going to the supreme Court after I reviewed my petition in full I see that the information in it is not true and factual..I'm hoping this can be fixed because I do believe it's a crime to submit false information to the supreme Court..I will update after I get confirmation on what can be done..Mr Leiker did not have a choice being a court appointed attorney in my case which is a very difficult one considering my choice to exercise my rights and my attempts to stand up for them..the judge Sloan the other court employees KVC KANSAS and Kansas DCF have made some major errors and illegal acts to my child myself and many others..why I don't know but I'm not allowing it to go unreprimanded...so I'm hoping and praying MR LEIKER CAN GET THIS HANDLED..ok so the supreme Court just clarified that I got 30days from the day the appeals court made opinion...I did in fact commit perjury and fraud when I signed the document presented to the appeals court...I NEVER GOT TO HAVE IT AMENDED BUT I WAS TOLD I COULD ..SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING...THIS IS NOT GOING TO GO DOWN LIKE THE COURT WANTS IT TO

  Jeff is currently representing me in a high conflict child custody case that has been ongoing for about two and a half years. Although Jeff has just recently become involved with this case, he has wasted no time getting up to speed on everything. Jeff has been kind and understanding in regards to how hard this all has been on me, but at the same time he has also been straightforward and direct in a no nonsense manner toward me. Thus, earning my respect and admiration. He also has a sense of humor which in my opinion is as crucial as the other qualities I’ve listed. This man without a doubt knows what he’s doing and is damn good at it!
