  Absolute disgrace of a company. You try to willingly pay them and you can't get a simple letter. Id give it zero stars or less if possible. These people are a joke.

  This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND REPORTING THESE CROOKS TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION! They took me to court when I called and tried to settle with them, their only option was pay in full or get sued. After losing the settlement I proceeded to try to get in touch with them to do exactly what I called in the first place to do before they sued, which was to set up a payment plan. Finally get in touch with them to set it up, they take all my information and give me tracking numbers and account payment numbers that apparently mean nothing. Fast forward to the next payment date, the money hasn't been taken out and I have been calling every day since then and getting rude service from their main number who just says something rude and snide and immediately transfers you to a stupid looping hold façade that will forcibly transfer you after being on hold for 15 minutes to leave a message. I have been leaving a message every day to get in contact with me and have received no correspondence. On my first contact with the company they said that the payment could default and I'll owe fees and more money so I was trying to avoid that, but it looks like this scummy company does trashy things so beware doing anything with this company. It might be better and more effective for you to just wait out any civil penalties and pay through garnishing your wages so at least that way you know it'll just be the amount settled, no fees, and no malicious practices that this joke of a company does. BEWARE THIS SCUMMY MALICIOUS PRACTICE!@!@!

  Antiquated doesn’t even begin to cover it. This firm is a relic of a bygone era—struggling to function in a world that has long since moved on. Their turnaround time for basic documents is an astonishing two weeks. It's 2025. Most college students can produce cleaner, faster, and more accurate work using tools on their phones. It’s clear this firm lacks the technical infrastructure and staffing agility to keep pace with modern expectations. Whether it's responsiveness, efficiency, or simply meeting reasonable deadlines, they consistently fall short. If you're looking for a firm that understands the demands of the current professional landscape, stay far away. This isn’t just slow service—it’s systemic stagnation. Proceed at your own risk. Just an example: I provided the correct address for them to mail documents and even CHECKS to and they were still mailed them to the improper address. You read that correctly. Money and legal documents SENT TO THE IMPROPER ADDRESS. Not just one building over. But sent to a completely incorrect city. Completely unacceptable and shows a lack of due diligence.
