  I tried to call and pay my debt in full for months and couldn’t get thru to anyone. Took so long I forgot. Went to court Setup a payment plan. It’s been 4 days and it still hasn’t taken the money out? It’s due today so I’m excited to see if it goes thru or not. Hoping it doesn’t and they try and say I didn’t pay just to go after them for screwing me over from the start. Stay far away from this fraudulent company.

  I have never experienced such horrible service. While unable to help me in my one of a kind situation, they were rude, snobby and hung up on me. I am 24 years old still trying to understand everything so that I can help myself be successful. I still have no idea how to proceed…

  Rude, uncaring, inconsiderate, hateful, disrespectful, and vile people. Hate to imagine if they ever fall upon hard times, or have health issues that cause you to lose your income, as this probably won't happen to them, as they are low life, blood sucking snakes!!! God forbid they have any amount of empathy for anyone.

  These are the worst human beings on the planet. They work for the big banks that got bailed out with HUGE amounts of our tax dollars. They buy debt for pennies on the dollar and then try to collect 100% of the debt BUT plus and bunch of fees they come up with. I have actually already paid back what I owed Discover card AND interest. But these blood sucking vampires want more money and don't even tell you to your face, they don't notify you, they just garnish bank accounts or wages and except you to know about it. If you work there, remember what Jesus did to the tax collectors at the Temple and good luck getting into Heaven. A rich man has the same chance of getting into Heaven as a camel does getting thru the eye of a needle.
