  I want to thank my attorney Jeffrey Leiker and Henrietta ( Jeffrey’s paralegal) for all you have done for me since day one. We have been through 3 court appearances together. With one of the 3 being a trial on Common Law. Jeffrey is fair, honest, finds the truth to be comforting , will fight for you like an absolute bulldog when you get taken advantage of, and does not take well with lies. We have another date or so to go through but I know I am represented by the best and feel secured with good people. Henrietta has kept me organized. Divorce is not an easy decision and a lot of work. Henrietta I admire how strong you are and want to thank you for strengthening me when you saw me about to fall apart. I thank you too for this Mr. Leiker as well. Competent, quality, fair, and honesty are written all over this office. You will be very well taken care of coming here for support through one of the most heartbreaking moments in life. And I don’t give this compliment to many. Thank you Jeffrey and Henrietta for restoring trust back into my life.   Was going to use Mr. Leiker in a easy custody case. Walk in the park case. Talked for over 30 minutes one day and we had a amazing conversation. Told me to reach out tomorrow if you wanna move forward. I did. I called not once but twice. Working 12s overnight its rough staying up after shift until 12 p.m. awaiting his call. 2 days later when calling there wasnt a Hi how are you,? Not a, sorry I'm just now reaching out to you. He asked one question then proceeded to ask about how I can direct my $ to him with a very poor attitude. Very un professional. Unorganized, not caring. Do not use for child modifications on parenting plans.

  Well this is Tina Berry and Mr Leiker is my attorney..my CINC is going to the supreme Court after I reviewed my petition in full I see that the information in it is not true and factual..I'm hoping this can be fixed because I do believe it's a crime to submit false information to the supreme Court..I will update after I get confirmation on what can be done..Mr Leiker did not have a choice being a court appointed attorney in my case which is a very difficult one considering my choice to exercise my rights and my attempts to stand up for them..the judge Sloan the other court employees KVC KANSAS and Kansas DCF have made some major errors and illegal acts to my child myself and many others..why I don't know but I'm not allowing it to go unreprimanded...so I'm hoping and praying MR LEIKER CAN GET THIS HANDLED..ok so the supreme Court just clarified that I got 30days from the day the appeals court made opinion...I did in fact commit perjury and fraud when I signed the document presented to the appeals court...I NEVER GOT TO HAVE IT AMENDED BUT I WAS TOLD I COULD ..SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING...THIS IS NOT GOING TO GO DOWN LIKE THE COURT WANTS IT TO
