- BGBobbie GarrisonApr 2, 20201.0I would never use this attorney. We went in for a consultation and talked business for about 15 min, then he started engaging my husband into talking about airplanes for an additional 30 min. Charged us for an hr. I paid the bill thinking it kinda sucked, but he was going to get our case handled. Well 4 phone calls later and he still has not returned our call. I would never use this attorney again. Very bad business. If I could sue him i sure would. Waste of my time. EDIT 3-17-20 Finally got a call from the receptionist stating that we could come pick up our refund check and paperwork. I'm glad they made things right with us, but I would still never use Mr. Forker as I now do not trust he can get the job done. But at least I have my money back and do not feel scammed anymore. Just don't know why he didn't do his job. Oh well, on to finding a new attorney now.
- JBJames P BrananJul 18, 20191.07/18/19 I meet with a lawyer Lauren Alvidren over a month ago about setting up a Living Trust and Estate Planning and placed a phone call two weeks ago to see if any progress have been made. Lauren was out I was told that she would get back to me when she got back in the office on Monday the 8th of July. I never heard back from her till today that I received a bill $225 for meeting with her to drop off all my personal information relating to my Trust. I fell completely scammed for billing an hour with no contact from her even she assured me that she would contact me with in a couple of weeks from our initial meeting.
