  Divorce can be an overwhelming process without a guide to help you through the different things that need to go into your agreement. Tess and Hillary created a safe space to bring up and address our concerns while providing different options to make the best decisions for us and our kids. Mediation allowed us to create a joint divorce agreement in a non-combative way, and I would recommend them as a strong option for those going through this tough time.

  I worked with Tess for divorce mediation a few years ago and she was fantastic! Tess made a very hard time in my life more manageable with her kindness, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism. She did a great job explaining the process, talking through options, helping all involved parties find a solution they were comfortable with, and completing the needed paperwork to file. I am so happy we went with mediation and focused on what’s best for all vs getting separate lawyers and working against each other. Recently I met with Tess and Hillary to discuss possible changes to the parenting schedule now that my daughter is older and her needs have changed. Tess and Hillary did a great job listening and understanding the changes my daughter is facing and talked through the different options with me to find a solution. I really appreciate their knowledge, time, and support. I highly recommend working with Tess and Hillary!

  As my wife and I are finishing up our divorce proceedings, I want to share that Tess and Hillary have been the absolute best throughout the whole process. They were exactly what we were looking for and made everything as smooth as we could possibly want. They are both highly qualified, knowledgeable, kind, and we felt like we were clear on what was happening thanks to their guidance. This has helped my wife and I part ways on amicable terms. If anyone finds themselves in a situation where divorce is inevitable, I would highly recommend going through the mediation process rather than the traditional route. I cannot thank these ladies enough for making what can be a long, emotionally draining, and stressful situation approachable and quick. Thank you both!

  Tess and Hillary are truly wonderful to work with. They take what can be a very complex and emotional situation and walk you through it with compassionate and a great deal of knowledge. They made sure that we both felt very educated in what we were discussing, understood all of our available options and also provided external resources if we wished to consult them. They do an amazing job of treating you like actual people with families and not just a number or a client. While no one wants to go through a divorce, Tess and Hillary made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
