Custy Law Firm | Accident & Injury Lawyers is a personal injury law firm serving all of Indiana and Illinois. We have two offices to serve you. We handle auto accidents, medical malpractice and all types of personal injury claims. Unlike most firms, we are ready to go to trial for all of our clients. We do not settle for less if it is not in your best interest.
We provide honest representation built on the cornerstone of real attorney-client interaction. We cannot ask a jury to care about our client if we do not. We interact with our clients and through this interaction and time spent together, we come to fully understand how their lives have been changed. This enables us to share that truth with a jury. The impact of this 1 on 1 time and personal touch shows through in the reviews we receive from our clients. We are trial lawyers, not settlement lawyers. Every case we accept is prepared to present to a Jury. Brian (and Scott who is taking the bar in February) graduated at the top of their law school classes. Brian worked for one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the world, Sidley Austin.
