  My wife called in effort to have a consult with attorney Barkes but was repeatedly interrupted by the firms paralegal and not given the opportunity to fully explain ALL moving pieces. The consult was deemed unnecessary by the paralegal. What’s worse is that when my wife attempted to email the attorney directly to STATE VERBATIM inaccurate advise she’d been provided by the paralegal, there was no direct followup from the attorney. Instead the same person my wife had spoke directly to emailed and lied about what was actually stated on the call. I heard it, my wife speaking directly to the paralegal heard it, and our interior ring camera heard it!!!! What’s worse is that the written response claimed that the attorney contacted and spoke with my wife WHICH never occurred. If this is the way that they make their money, we will pass. The “care” in displayed from the firm in the negative ratings and responses on Google is a ploy to keep up appearances in my opinion.

  Randy Zromkoski was great. He always kept me informed and when I had questions, he answered them fully. My first case with a different firm, o was denied. Randy was able to get the prior unfavorable decision on a claim reopened and able to overcome the prior decision. I am so grateful for Randy and everyone who worked so hard for me and my disability case.

Randy's sincerity at the outset and through this entire process was so much appreciated. His kindness and patience with our son and with us will never be forgotten. His genuine concern for our son's well-being and the conviction that he displayed instilled an unwavering confidence in all of us to pursue this matter. Randy's diligence and keen attention to detail kept us well informed and on track from beginning to the end of this appeal for disability benefits, which ultimately lead to a face to face hearing in front of a judge who ruled in our son's favor.   Randy was very compassionate and helped my daughter attain SSI. We had been struggling for years and he was able to help her feel comfortable enough to go to court without her parents. We would recommend him to anyone that needs a straight forward and competent lawyer!
