  Atty McClure was selected to be the Guardian ad Litem on our family court case in Porter County. We presented factual documents that the Mother was failing the children in their education, health, dental and mental health. At the final hearing Atty McClure presented her final report. She spent the better half of the morning repeating hearsay from the Mother and slanderous accusations that held no merit or any factual exhibits to back the baseless claims from the Mother. She neglected to address any of the real facts that affect my children daily by the mother having sole custody. She was more concerned with the slander and not the school records, pediatricians notes, missed dental appointments and all the lack of concern for the children’s education. I believe this Attorney is corrupt as they come. It seemed as though the mother hired her as her personal Attorney. One thing to keep in mind , the least amount of overnights and custody you get with your children the more money the get out of you for child support. DOGE also uncovered that the federal government reimburses the child support bureau for collecting support. These people are corrupt and the children are left without a father in their lives. I’d like to contact more Fathers like myself and file a formal complaint with the State Board on this Attorney. If anyone has a similar story about this attorney please reach out to me.

  I hired Cynthia McClure in Jan 2015 to write custody papers and get my child support started. My daughther and I live in Tn and the father lives in In. Ms McClure has totally messed up my support papers and the amount were to receive and hasn't returned my phone calls in over a month. Among other issues she was to handle for me. She took and cashed my check within 24 hours and has yet to finish my case. I'm at this time contacting the Indiana disciplinary board due to her lack of ethics. I truly would not recommend her to anyone who would like their legal matters handled in a timely and effective way
