  When greed, anger, and entitlement reared it's ugly head ,it turned my life inside out. Scott brought more than his years of experience to help me navigate the legal maze.   Scott is a top notch guy and very good at what he does. He recently did some legal work for me that was time sensitive, with limited amount of time to do it. He worked with me and made it happen!   I'm leaving a neutral review because I didn't receive representation from them but I'd like to share my experience. Initiating contact with the firm was a hassle. Just back and forth over emails and caused me to miss 2-3 consultations which I don't hold entirely against them. But, after making contact, Mr. Smith began the conversation pretty casually. He had asked me a specific question about the situation and when I tried giving him a specific answer he immediately changed his tone and demeanor, backtracked on his question and implied that he meant something more broad rather than the initial specific question. I tried answering with the knowledge and information I have available. He proceeded to call me out, implying that I was withholding an answer even though I was giving him the exact answer he had asked for. Then he continued on with his attitude, rebuting me and shutting down any response I was giving him. He interrupted me, asked what county I was out of then proceeded to just shut it down by stating he doesn't want to take a case in the county. The professionalism and ability to maintain a level head was definitely lacking on his side. Came off a little arrogant, for a lack of a better word and he was condescending. If you're looking for a compassionate representative, I'd go elsewhere.

  I was treated with respect and given the best advice. Scott and his team allowed me to keep being a present father and provider for my daughter. While there are no winners in divorce I got everything I needed. My personal situation was taken into account. Simply put this firm is the best.
