Spent 3 hours on the phone initially they seemed competent. Was called Friday 10-31 initially. Followup call 11-3 Monday, lasted 20 minutes had to re do paperwork because they did not add my address initially, no big deal. Scheduled them to call back at 2pm to go over the details of my case (disability appeal) it was understood after the first contact this was the goal. They did not call at 2 pm as scheduled Received call today at 9 am. The 3rd question I was asked was if I was appealing my disability claim. I said yes, they said that's not the information they had. How they did not have that information will baffle me until the day I die. That's my experience anyway.
