- TMTim McCaslinApr 23, 20255.0I highly recommend Mr. Gaunt for the Morgan Co area. Mr. Gaunt helped me out over the course of a year and half or longer with my situation. He would meet me after hours so i did not have to miss work and even met at my house multiple times to help me out. I do not know of many lawyers what would do the same. I'd put him at the top of the list and have his number on speed dial if i am ever in need. I was very pleased with him and his work and recommend him any chance i get.

When we first talked he was cussing, rude and just sounded unprofessionally. I called the advocate company asked if there was a woman on who could possibly take my case. At the time I didn’t even mention how rude Mr. Gaunt was to me. The next time. I tried to called Mr. Gaunt. I explained my case more. He said Miss who do you think I am like do you think I’m stupid. I know what I’m doing. Cause he was going to ask for a continuance. I explained that the judge stated on my case. No more continuances. He got so rude, vulgar. Who do you think I am. You think I’m stupid. I know what I’m doing are you the attorney or me. Hey I was explaining my case to you. He even cussed at me. I was shocked. The worst experience ever and also so unprofessionally. I believe the other reviews on here showing a negative light. And he’s through an Advocate legal agency. Please do not ever hire this man. Believe his reviews please cause he’s exactly what they say. Thank you! Oh yes the clerks office and other attorneys said the judge wouldn’t have gave me a continuance. I have had 2 already. So they wouldn’t have gave me anymore beyond those two.
