  I hired The Nice Law Firm to handle a legal issue for real estate transaction that was a lingering issue for many years. Ashley Dayhoff was able to help guide and navigate through the legal process with its many twists and turns as matters unfolded. The best thing I liked about this firm was the quick response time when I had questions. Many firms take so long to answer back. This was NEVER the situation with The Nice Law Firm. Another positive benefit is they have numerous attorneys who are consulted. This sets a solid foundation of resources which help to make solid and sound choices in how to proceed with legal decisions. I can highly recommend them as a law firm with no hesitation whatsoever. I will glad hire them again when or if a legal matter is ever needed again in the future. Michael Wenig

  If I could give this place a zero I would. I needed a criminal lawyer and a divorce lawyer and they gave me someone that has only had cases in Howard county a couple times. Most of his cases were in vigo and vermillion county. I gave close to 7k to this dude and he didn't do his job. He lied, withheld information and dragged his feet until I fired him and then kept my money stating that his fee was a flat rate and he didn't have to give it back. He didn't do his job. So I don't know how not doing your job equates to you keeping the money you essentially stole. Your morals and ethics are not NICE. It's crazy that my new lawyer got done in 3 weeks what you couldn't do in 2 months.

  Robert J. Nice is an absolutely wonderful person! I got a call very quickly and was filled in on my options for my case. He actually went above and beyond to research my case to make sure it was something that he could/couldn't help me with BEFORE taking my money. I appreciate the time he sat aside for answering my questions along with the advice. I will most definitely hire him in the future if anything arises for me to do so! Thank you so much!

  A Joke! I called on behalf of a friend (non English speaking) I was immediately told within the 1st minute of the conversation that they could not be of service due to the lack of communication. When I'm clearly speaking in English on the potential clients behalf. Guess your lawfirm isn't the Nicest after all. *Edit. The audacity! I was called a few hours later from this office asking me to delete this review. After careful consideration I decided not to take down the 1 star - we actually did not establish a client relationship and we haven't received services, but I'm not deleting this review, there is no lie here. If I could post with 0 stars I would. The next law firm took the time to set up a meeting with us. No weird questions asked about language barriers.
