- CHC HassenplugNov 30, 20151.0As our own attorney, we have been ignored, almost NO COMMUNICATION and what we have, we have been lied to several times, They broke the confidentiality of a private meeting and told all to the opposing client. They had poorly written parents trusts and we had to hire a separate attorney to get it straightened out. Because they were questioned about their practice regarding the trust....we were charged for 6 hours of their "research" regarding trusts then we received a 7 page nasty letter that 2 other lawyers said were "ranting's and unprofessional" . They sold a property for the trust....we never were told sale was complete......she made the "deal" and we still have not seen a check or know where it was deposited......not in the trust account that we all have access to. Find a good lawyer that REALLY WILL help you, TALK TO YOU, and knows how to accomplish something.
