  When people ask me if I know any good attorney’s I always tell people. Lauren Harpold! She is very knowledgeable and very professional. Her and her paralegal Helen always respond in a timely manner and I know if I need something done they will give 100%! She always gives the best advice and always completes things in a timely manner!   It's been several years since working with Paula Schaefer, but I cannot recommend her enough! My child custody case was an absolute DISASTER after being mismanaged by multiple attorneys who refused to do even the basics. Just one example: my case was in Hamilton County and had been punted to a Magistrate who was known for judging against mothers. I'm a healthcare professional and kept telling my previous attorneys that the magistrate was on Methamphetamines (not long after my case was settled, this magistrate was caught red handed with meth and assaulted a police officer). and we needed to file for the elected judge. The other attorneys kept insisting they "couldn't do that" (they were afraid of consequences if they had future clients in his courtroom). By the time I brought it to Paula, it was tangled mess and my kids were in immediate danger. Paula was aghast at the incompetence of the past attorneys. The FIRST thing she did was file for the elected judge so the magistrate could not touch our case again. EVERYTHING she did from the second I hired her was PERFECT and I credit her with saving my childrens' lives. She was incredibly personable, empathetic, and VERY conscientious about billing hours because I had already spent 6 figures prior to hiring her. All of the interactions I had with everyone else in the office: the paralegals, receptionist, etc were first rate. If you are an honest person who is truly in the right, and you are willing to LISTEN to Paula and follow her advice, she will do everything in her power to help you get the best outcome possible.
