  Do not understand how a law firm would end up with 40% of a settlement IF they win, when it is THE CLIENT doing most of the work! I was assigned a very incompetent case manager and attorney! My case is complex, due to it involving a very crooked police department/city/government, but a GOOD, STRONG, INTELLIGENT law firm should have no problem handling! My case manager/ attorney had 1 important task in the beginning. They never sent documents to me, until I later realized I should receive. Once they sent to me AFTER ME ASKING FOR, I noticed it was WRONG! How would anything be approved if the description of an incident THEY LISTED does not even coinside with what an accident report states. Thats already a red flag! By the time I found their mistake , it was too late! They don't reply to emails! They don't reach out during the process but instead send 'auto generated' letters by email. If your case is simple, maybe M&M can help, but if you have a complex situation GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Do your own research before hiring an attorney so you have an understanding of what to expect. Nothing was explained by M&M. The ONLY process they were quick with was sending paperwork via text/email about fees, etc! You go in blindsided! Your time, if you choose M&M, will be wasted! Your case will end up more messed up then what it already is!! They DO NOT have ANY compassion for victims! I'm not back at square 1. Injurred, bills coming in, and have no idea what to do! All over an accident that was NOT my fault!
