  I can’t say enough about Ladendorf Law and especially Dustin F. Fregiato. From the very beginning, they showed a level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism that truly set them apart. After being involved in a devastating semi accident—one that I was told I shouldn’t have survived—I was airlifted to the hospital and underwent multiple surgeries. From the moment I woke up, Dustin was there. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend who is also an excellent attorney, and now I understand exactly why. Even though my case could have easily justified higher fees, given its value, Ladendorf Law went above and beyond by reducing their fees so I could receive more of what I deserved. That level of integrity and compassion is rare. They didn’t just help me once, either. After a more recent accident, even though it was a smaller case, they stepped in without hesitation and guided me through the entire process just as thoroughly. I understand this is a business, but the way they treat their clients feels so much more personal. I truly consider Ladendorf Law—especially Dustin—like family. Their compassion, dedication, and professionalism are unmatched. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

  While I was referred to this office due to the unfortunate dog attack to my son, this entire process was made easier by Ladendorf Fregiato & Bigler!! Taylor walked me thru every step. He always kept me informed. I truly felt that concern and care they had for my son’s case. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs representation

  Dustin Fregiato and Memorie did a great job on my mom’s case. They were very professional and helpful! She got a settlement that we were happy about. They were able to contact the companies and got her medical bills reduced a little bit prior to paying off her debt. They took care of everything. Also, they gave complete documentation and copies of checks that were paid out, including the settlement check and all other checks that were paid out to cover all of her medical bills. They also gave a copy of the letters sent to the companies asking them to take a reduced payment, in which they were successful in doing so, as previously stated. My mother and I are extremely satisfied with the service that we received from Ladendorf, Fregiato, & Bigler. We would highly recommend this law firm for any personal injury cases and we would definitely use them again if needed, hopefully we won’t need to though! Anyhow, Thanks again Dustin and Memorie for your great service! We truly appreciate everything you both did for my mom’s case! Great Law firm!
