Couldn't remember our phone conversation after 3 days, and said, "It could possibly be family issues that he was having at home that was causing him to forget." Very unprofessional to bring personal problems from home to your potential clients. Wasted time, and refused to own up to his own personal issues. When I inquired about specific details regarding the agreement, rather than continuing forward with me, he changed his mind and said he would not be representing me. An embarrassment to the Bar Association.
