Mike and his staff were always available to us in a timely manner, never billed us excessively and sincerely wanted a positive outcome for our family. Mr. Ruppert was very direct with us about what we needed to do in order to prepare for a day in court and did not “sugar coat” the issue. His colleagues, Lauren Harpold and Helen O’Malley, were insightful, detailed, and always available to work through issues that came up. Often these were urgent matters that needed attention right away, and they were sensitive to our need to have answers as quickly as possible. We would not hesitate to contact Mike and his team in the future to handle any family court issues.
