15 years ago my family attacked me while I was staying at my mothers house. Tami Mahan and Gavin Mahan, my sister and brother in law bruoght there kids over to beat me up because of their religious discrimination of my coming out to being trans. My mother used this law firm to write a new will. She dis-owned them for what they did. She soon became disabled, and 14 years I cared for her, when the family would not. She passed away last year and they kept the records of her will for me and provided it to me to insure I inherited everything, it wasnt much, but I have a home. I loved my mother very much, so when it comes to the law to deal with the issues of life, they were there to insure my mothers love for me stood its ground legally.

Unfortunately I had to choose one star because there was not an option for no stars. My husband was given the name of Mr. Mauser by a colleague. He reached out immediately and got voicemail. Two days went by and we received no call back. We then called the office directly and they informed us that they would inform Mr. Mauser that we had called after getting some additional information from us. Mr. Mauser called back the next day while we were unable to answer and he left a voicemail. My husband returned his call that same day and got the office again. We were informed he would call us back and that was now seven days ago. This is a pretty big red flag when it comes to communication so I would say if you are looking for someone who communicates properly and in a timely manner look elsewhere. Today is Thursday June 26th and this is an update on my previous review. Mr. Mauser called my husband today and told him the reason he did not call him back was because he did not think he had a case. That is understandable to think there is no case however Mr. Mauser did not have all of the information, only what was provided to him via his office. It is extremely unprofessional not to return calls to a potential client case or no case. If there was an issue with time, the office could have reached out to us to let us know. Mr. Mauser also mentioned that the reason he was calling was because he had seen that we had left a negative review. He also proceeded to tell my husband that if he were African American or a woman he could help him but because he is a white male, he could not help him win his case. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that is referred to as descrimination. He also mentioned that my husband's colleague was African American and that is why he was able to help him. Again, beware of this firm and this lawyer.
