  My father, and I are beyond happy with Robert Schembs and Brooke McMillin. Our case was extremely complicated, in which his wife of over 70 years, and her 59 year old son, were attempting to take everything from my 93 year old father, by way of divorce. My father is frail and blind and did suffer some memory issues, and really had very little, no savings account and only his SSI to live on. However, regardless of the walls and mountains that Bob and Brooke had to get over, they were both absolutely determined, and took this case to heart. For all of the work that they had to put into this case, the cost was very reasonable. After this past few years, my father and I have come to love, and care about Bob and Brooke, as one would love a close family member. My father and I both strongly recommend Shembs Law to anyone who is in need of an Attorney who truly cares about his clients, as well as being beyond determined to win your case. He will always be our "Go To" guy, and the only Attorney that we will ever recommend.

  When I called for information the receptionist set me up for a phone appointment. I spoke to Mr. Schemb the next day. He had read the notes and we did not have to rehash those details. He had a few questions, then gave us advice and answered all of my questions. He did not attempt to provide us unnecessary services but offered to assist us with any future needs. There was a $100 consultation fee that was due when scheduling. It was worth it. It saved me a lot of time and irritation.
