I suffered a traumatic brain injury after being hit by an Indianapolis public school bus. They are admitting that they are at fault. But the lawyer insist that I never told anybody, including my doctors that I had a brain injury. They are insisting that my injury is from car accident six months prior to this today I was dismissed for no reason at all. I really don’t have a clue why but I have a traumatic brain injury. I haven’t worked in two years. And my attorney was supposed to help me i’m just not sure with my injury why another human being would treat me so bad? I’m very upset. I have been dismissed from this case for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I have not worked in almost 3 years. I’ve complete memory loss no peripheral vision and I can’t even write my name anymore. It’s very sad to me that this is happening to somebody that has a legitimate brain injury, which is considered a disability I would not recommend their services as they just leave you hanging in thin air.
