  Josh was great through the entire experience from the initial sit down to the resolution of my problem. He was very clear and patient while explaining what the options I had were and what was going to happen at each step of the process. He was friendly and understanding while also very direct with what was happening. I could not be any happier with how he worked to resolve my issue and his communication with me along the way.
