  I do not recommend this lawyer : Mr. Clint Blanck For a lawyer to take on a case regarding social media, cyber bullying , harassment, stalking, actual life-threats, he needs to do his research which he did not do. He was very lucky that I had everything laid out for him and that I did all the work. When it came to court, he had absolutely no Idea what he was doing as he did not research how the social media platforms work i.e. TikTok He did not present to the courts any of my supplied evidence that I supplied him for the judge to see prior to court. Which intern made us look like an idiot when the judge asked if there was any evidence, this lawyer said we didn’t do that as we didn’t think we needed it. The judge looked at him in disbelief as to how a lawyer could not be very well prepared and supply evidence prior to court proceedings. It was very evident this lawyer did not have any understanding to any social platforms as he admitted so when he sat in front of the judge. My take on this is if you are not familiar with what your case is going to be make sure you research download and learn the platforms before you take on a case that you have no idea what it’s all about what it entails and how the platforms work. Thank goodness I had enough knowledge on how the court system works to where I literally had to stare and give my lawyer the evil eye to rebuttal the judges decision and get my witness on the stand. It was like pulling teeth. The judge did Grant, my protective order against the person who was social media harassing, bullying, threatening my life, etc. however, six hours after she was served her petition of protection orders to stop threatening me within six hours she got on her social platform in a live stream and directly threatened me once again. I reached out to this lawyer, Mr. Blank to express that I had screen recordings of this social threat, and he disregarded me as if it meant nothing There again he does not understand how social platforms work and try to accuse me that my social platform might have baited her or egged her on which, in truth, it did not. It would not have mattered what any of my social platforms had on it. She would’ve found something wrong with me, and attacked me no matter what I would’ve had on any of my social platforms, which I tried to explain to Mr. Blanck and of course there again unfamiliar with how social platforms work he disregarded me! The woman, I am speaking of on TikTok, obviously within six hours of being court ordered with a protective order for me against her, went ahead and disregarded the judges orders. Which I screen recorded and put on a flash drive for Mr. Blank to go after her for contempt of court. I have yet to hear back from him as he thinks this is just a petty group of women being angry at each other over social platform. I take life threats, very seriously, evidently Mr. Blanck does not, this woman has continued to threaten me since August 15, 2025. I would not recommend this lawyer for any case. I prepped all my paperwork, I prepped all my evidence and I even prepped my contempt of court paperwork. This lawyer should not have charged me what he charged me. He should’ve actually refunded me since I did my own work, his own paralegal didn’t even have to do anything since I had it all laid out and done for him. Mr. Blanck Did NOT do any research upon the other person to see what type of person they are, what their character is like, and what type of threats that she does on social media not only towards me but to many many others. When I had suggested for him to familiarize himself with the TikTok, social media platform and the live stream he did not ! He did absolutely no research for the case whatsoever because I handed it to him on a silver platter. Thank goodness I gave him the look I did in court to get my witness to be on the stand so that I could win my case . DO NOT use this lawyer. I wish I could get a refund.Mr. Blanck lacks experience and it clearly showed in my case on August 15, 2025
