- JMJesse MorrellMar 28, 20241.0Called regarding Camp Lejune contaminated water for a consultation and was treated poorly and unfairly by Nicole Morley! This firm is incredibly unprofessional as I was turned away on intake because I didn’t have proper documentation with me at the time of the first phone call. I called back a second time with more information and spoke to Robert who took my intake form and then immediately after that call received a call back from the first intake person, Nicole Morley who said that they would not be taking this case or represent me in any other case as if she had a personal vendetta against me, “No No, I already told you we wouldn’t take your case!”, she exclaimed immediately after picking up her call. I asked to know why and she said because the information I gave didn’t fit the criteria. I told her on the first phone call I had that I did not have documentation regarding the case and to provide more clear information I would have to get the documentation or authorize them to get it and call them back to update them with new information. She didn’t care and essentially told me I wasted my one phone call with her. At this point I was frustrated and done speaking with useless lackies and asked for her manager as she was unhelpful, unprofessional and wasting my time. She said she’s the person on intake and I again said to speak to her boss. She refused to connect me to any higher up and with that I politely told her to choke on sand and hung up the phone.
