The man that I spoke to was completely disrespectful and condescending. He kept interrupting me and then saying I was speaking over him. This conversation could have been very different with the same outcome of not proceeding with a lawsuit. So incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful.

When I brought in all my medical records. 3 on the 4 reasons they stated they are the facts all wrong. I happy they are not taking my case. If that is an example I of there work. Couldn't even remember the facts I told them. I was amazed, they should have called me to the office to review the case facts if they couldn't remember.
