- TMT McShaneJun 4, 20255.0I highly recommend the attorneys of Westland & Bennett. I was involved in an automobile accident in which I suffered an injury to my left shoulder. The car behind me was struck so hard from behind that it rear ended my car. The force of the collision was such that knocked my car forward about a car’s length from where I had stopped, and that despite the fact that I was “standing on the brakes.” I met Mr. Westland and provided him with all the pertinent information. He and his team then took it from there, contacting the insurance companies of the other two people involved, and negotiating a fair settlement. I especially appreciated that they kept updated as to their progress, and that they got the case settled quickly.
