  Cathy was used for our Grandpaernts rights case.My Grandaughters dad had her appointed in our case. Also she was used in my Grandaughters custody with her mom and dad. Cathy needs to be taken off for Guardian ad Litem. She isn’t truthful! With us and our Grandaughters mom! When Me and my husband and daughter went to have a meeting with her she seems like she is on your side and told us that she thought my granddaughters Dad was brainwashing her.That they have scared her (her dad and his girlfriend) to say things that they want her to say when in fact we all ready know all of that! We showed text messages and video’s to prove they are mentally and emotionally abusing our Grandaughter!! Cathy said we should get our Granddaughter and asked what we wanted we told we seen her every week and she spent the night at our house every week to! We have a very close bond and relationship she would rather be with us or her mom then her dad and his girlfriend. She wrote a letter to the court saying that she believes 4 hours once a month and in the beginning supervised visits!!! Wow we were so shocked!! I wish we would have recorded our meeting with her to prove she is a liar and so two faced! So beware record your conversations with her and pray that she gets taken off for Guardian ad Litem!! She is not for doing what is right for these poor innocent kids my heart breaks for all of them!

  I dealt with Joseph Christoff as a guardian ad litem. I would highly recommend that if you go to Mr. Christoff for help, you have your stuff together. Mr. Christoff and his team were very professional, and takes their cases very personal as well. Joey has a very high bar of morals, and is very thorough in everything that he does for a case, especially for children. Joey has gone out of his way to find every aspect to conclude a GAL report. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, non-bias, professional, and courteous attorney!
