- KJKari JevertMar 20, 20265.0Mr. Sawyier helped me immensely after my Father died and I was left with some unfinished real estate matters that were quite a mess. I was also being bullied by a representative from a local billboard company that he stepped in and put an end to. The billboard company even tried to change legal documents at the closing table and Mr. Sawyier caught it and made a call from the closing table to amend everything back to what was agreed upon. Another thing that made my life easier is his accessibility. Our very first appointment was a late Sunday morning! If you work 40+ hours a week & lead a busy life like I do and can't make it during business hours, he will accommodate over the weekend & that's huge. Anytime I met or had phone appointments with him, it was over the weekend. He can be pretty stern but that's what you want when facing the opponent. He is also fairly priced which is also important. I am actually getting ready to use him again for another real estate transaction from my Father's estate. Do not hesitate to give this firm a call!
