  I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, June, who Attorney Sawyier assisted tremendously over the past few years. He helped her draft trust documents for her and her husband, and after her husband passed, he provided exceptional support to help her navigate the management of her estate. When she had an issue with a tenant, he also assisted her with that matter which turned a potentially difficult situation into one with little complication. Attorney Sawyier is timely, empathetic, and very considerate. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and everyone in my family has his recommendation and our gratitude for how he assisted my grandmother.

  We needed a trust and estate attorney to advise us regarding developing an estate plan. Michael Sawyier provided excellent advice and recommendations and created all the necessary documents in a timely and professional way. He is wonderful to work with and has a very easy going, pleasant personality.

  We went through a series of attorneys looking for help with a disorderly business we inherited. I was very dissatisfied with every lawyer and firm I contacted until I met Michael Sawyier. He competently untangled the business mess we were in and set us on the path to success. Mr. Sawyier was responsive, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond. He was also very generous with helpful advice, which, to me, is priceless. In addition, he is very easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. We were so impressed with his ability that we contacted him again to create our estate plan and are extremely happy with the whole process. He did a great job! I will not hesitate to contact him again if necessary. We highly recommend Michael Sawyier if you have a business matter or need an estate planning lawyer. He is intelligent, professional, friendly and a very competent attorney. P.S.   I have been a client of Mr. Sawyier for over 16 years. He's an expert in probate and estate matters. I have had several probate cases., one involving a first cousin who died intestate there was a over his estate. There was a great deal of emotionality involved and Michael did a lot of hand holding to lead me in the right direction. Another case involved work that I had done for my father as his POA where his advice was invaluable in terms of how much to charge for my time. He has done my will and Trust documents and is very meticulous with all details. I would recommend him highly.
