  Wife had a debt below $1k that went through this law firm. She called to see about negotiating. Secretary was extremely rude. Said they called the company they were representing several times to see about negotiating. Issue is we called the company and they never received any calls messages or emails from cress. Wife asked for the payment arrangement in writing and they refused which I feel is not legal. Unethical. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Sharks.
