- JMJessie MarsalaFeb 15, 20261.0I reached out to this law firm over a week ago regarding estate planning and left a voicemail but never received a return call. I followed up with a second phone call and spoke with someone who told me they would be emailing me the necessary paperwork, but I never received anything or any follow-up communication. I understand that firms can get busy, but not returning calls or following up after saying paperwork would be sent is simply rude and unprofessional. Communication is a basic expectation, especially when dealing with something as important as estate planning. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.

I am surprised that after leaving two messages with them, nobody has bothered to call back in last two weeks! Something seems to have changed in this law firm.
