  Horn & Kelley and staff go above and beyond what's expected when they take on a case in order to grant ss disability to those in need. We certainly had many unanswered questions prior to hiring them. They made us feel as though no question was ridiculous, our opinions truly mattered and we were encouraged to contact them, day or night.. They worked very hard, were compassionate and so knowledgeable. Huge kudos to this firm!!!

  Working with Mr. Horn and his team has been a great experience. Starting from the intake meeting onward, Mr. Horn showed his strong expertise in this area and gave realistic timelines and helpful information, with a lot of clarity on what was needed from our side. All along the way, they answered questions quickly and clearly. And it has resulted in a successful outcome with SSDI.   Mr. Horn and his staff truly went above and beyond to help me and make sure I understood every step of the process. I learned the hard way I should have started the process by hiring them rather than waiting for SSD to initially deny my claim. Sadly I n took several years for Social Security to finally approve my claim and more yet before they got paid. The staff at Horn & Kelley were amazing every step of the way! If you need to file for Social Security Disability, please make calling Horn & Kelley your very first step.

  Mr. Horne is arrogant, smug, and was unprepared for my hearing. It took me two years to finally have a hearing on my case. Once I was finally assigned a judge, I was told by his office that the judge didn’t like Mr. Horne so they would need to petition for a new judge which delayed my hearing. During my hearing, the judge was missing an important page of documentation that she should have received from Mr. Horne which delayed a verdict. Also, my doctor name is Ryan. He said to the judge “this document says Ryan, whoever Ryan is.” Shouldn’t he have known the name of my doctor? With ample justification to receive disability benefits, I lost my case. I personally blame Mr. Horne for that.
