- EEEric van EstJan 16, 20261.0Very disappointed with the service I received from this law firm. Had a solid case and provided lots of research data and evidence. They seemed interested in pursuing at first but following up became a major challenge. Calls or messages to inquire after the status of my case often remained unanswered but they were prompt when it came to asking for payment. Both Tyler Crosby and his staff seemed more focused on their personal lives than clients, at least in my case. Tyler's presentation of the case in court was weak, resulting in losing, not once but twice. After that loss, failing to appeal, and more empty promises, I was just ghosted by him. Should have stuck with my original divorce attorney for a more expedient and strategic approach. $ 10,000 in legal fees flushed and nothing to show.
