- DDDavid2 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. After taking my money, communication regarding my case was minimal to nonexistent for months. Getting updates was frustrating, and when I asked questions about the status of my case, the staff was often rude, dismissive, and made unnecessary smart comments. Professionalism and client care were clearly lacking. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before trusting them with their legal matters.
- TCTayna CruzApr 13, 20261.0Staff is incredibly rude to the disabled and doesn't care about your time. They create appointments then have no lawyer present, so the meeting is pointless. They lie repeatedly and try to cover each other's mistakes. Don't waste your time with such a bad team. No one in the office knows what the other is doing and it shows with poor management lack of caring for customers. Wonder how they have made it thus far.
