  Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Attorney Mason and his legal team. I had hoped to hire them for a recent legal case but the demeanor im which they treated me told me they were only put after money. not my best benefit.

  Very disappointed with the service I received from this law firm. Had a solid case and provided lots of research data and evidence. They seemed interested in pursuing at first but following up became a major challenge. Calls or messages to inquire after the status of my case often remained unanswered but they were prompt when it came to asking for payment. Both Tyler Crosby and his staff seemed more focused on their personal lives than clients, at least in my case. Tyler's presentation of the case in court was weak, resulting in losing, not once but twice. After that loss, failing to appeal, and more empty promises, I was just ghosted by him. Should have stuck with my original divorce attorney for a more expedient and strategic approach. $ 10,000 in legal fees flushed and nothing to show.

  Crosby law firm is one of the worst law firms in Illinois. We have been on a probate case for four years with no ending in sight. They had all the financials for the estate last year in May and they were supposed to turn them into the judge on June 1, 2022. It never happened now we have a different judge and this is still going on and I don’t understand. Now Crosby withdrawal from the case, so now we have to get a new lawyer. I’m sure whom ever we get they will be better then Crosby. I could’ve represented us better and it would’ve been done years ago. These lawyers at Crosby do nothing for you. They are rude, condescending disrespectful, and very unorganized. If you have questions, they will probably withdraw from your case because that’s what they do. If you have to miss an appointment, they will probably withdraw from your case. They’re only there to take your money, that’s all they care about. I promise you.
