The lawyer we are working with is helping us with a collections case for our small, family owned business. The lawyer I am working with doesn't provide status updates and when I ask a question, I am at times, afraid of how he will respond. When I asked a question I had asked prior, he responded that he's already been over this with me several times. His response, in my opinion was very unprofessional, rude and insulting. I know we are not a huge client for this firm, but the treatment and level of respect we are receiving has made it clear we are not a priority. I'm hoping we can resolve our case soon so we can move on. In addition, hoping things get better with this attorney so I can revise and change my star rating to reflect his work.
