  Capraro Law I hope that by sharing one or two details here that I can convince my attorney to provide me with better service. Nichole just returned from a three week vacation in Australia. She was incommunicado and my case did not move forward in the meantime. I engaged Nichole in December 2023 in what I thought would be a simple divorce. Two full years later Nichole seems to have made little progress. My immediate frustration lies in the fact that Nichole will not return my messages. I have some powerful evidence that I want Nichole to make the opposing counsel aware of. I called Nichole three times on Friday December 12th asking for her to call me back. I called again Monday December 15th; Tuesday 16th; and Wednesday 17th. No-one ever picked up the phone, so, on each occasion, I left a polite message asking for Nichole to call me back. When I called again this morning,Thursday 18th, Nichole’s assistant picked up the phone to tell me that Nichole was not available, nor did the assistant know when Nichole would be able to call me back. I hope that with the benefit of this interim review my call will be returned tomorrow Friday December 19th. If it is not I will share further observations.
